I had union here a week and had to resort to a simple dessert since the man was far out on travel and late meetings all week. The choice fell when the oreo-ice cream cake that could be made the night before. Always okay what is done when you are expecting guests. Extra fine was there since I've had sick kids all week too .....
Found the recipe for the sweet life, where I always find lots of good. Oreo ice cream cake Ingredients: 20 pcs oreokjeks 50 g butter Is: 4 egg yolks 100 g sugar 3 dl cream 1 vanilla pod 6 pieces oreokjeks Garnish: 6 oreokjeks (I used 4, it went very smoothly. Then keep it akkuratt with two packets of biscuits) Have 20 oreokjeks with 50 g soft butter in a food processor. Drive to smooth paste. Press biscuit mass in the bottom of a round shape, 24 cm in diameter. I used the "Bake it Easy" shape, think it is something less?? It went fine too. Refrigerate del monte produce 30 minutes. Beat egg yolks and sugar fluffy. Split open the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Stir in the egg mixture. Whip the cream to a fluffy cream and mix into egg mixture. Roughly chop oreokjeksene. Pour half of the ice in shape. del monte produce Spread over half of the chopped oreokjeksene. Pour the rest of isblandingen. Garnish with the rest of oreokjeksen. Place the dish in the freezer until the ice has set. Remove the cake from the tin for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Very good and easy cake, appealed to the guests as well :). Hope everyone had a good weekend. It has been in ill children from morning to night, rattling in the throat and runny nose, fever and cough ... notice that autumn is here to speak. Have never tasted it, but have heard that it should be good. Thanks for sharing the recipe, I think maybe I'll try it. Okay to have some simple cake to make sometimes, del monte produce and ice cream and chocolate biscuits can not be wrong. Reply Delete
