Today, Indian cuisine not even imagine but chilly also known as Mirchi in India. Chili is also used in Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medicinal system. It is a known fact that chilly long been a favorite spice hot dishes because of its spicy flavor. Chili is also used for weight loss is good for slimming down and it also helps to burn calories easily. Chilli helps to clear the lungs and stimulate the appetite and digestive system. If chili is taken regularly, it helps to maintain metabolism to a very high level which helps in weight loss as well as controlling levels of cholesterol. Chili Peppers also widened airways in the lungs which reduces asthma and wheezing.
There are actually different varieties of chili available, each with their own unique flavor characteristics. There is a general perception that chili is bad for the stomach, but the truth is quite different. Chili is good for digestion and has been used in Indian Ayurvedic medicines to cure diseases. This is why chili is a chief ingredient in the kitchen as Mexican, Indian, Thai and Italian food.
