STX Norway Offshore AS - Aukra handed the combined anchor handling and construction vessel from Aker AH 04 CD design, the M / S "SKANDI VEGA", DOF ASA on 22 April that the shipyard hull number 706 hull was built at STX Europe Tulcea, Romania.
